1. 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Title IV, Part B: This program supports centers that provide academic enrichment programs during non-school hours—especially for centers that target high-poverty families and students who attend low-performing schools. The program strives to provide students with academic enrichment opportunities, along with activities designed to complement the students’ regular academic program. 2.
